Can Men Come?

We have more women than men; however, the men who join us love it and always come back. It is not a girly place...there is the wonderful beach, yoga, morning walks and workouts on the beach, challenging fun fitness classes, tours to explore the area, massages, healthy food and you can opt out of the couple of classes if you want, although even our dance classes are incredibly challenging for everyone.

It is a great place to meet amazing people from all over and men are always a welcome addition! The teachers are amazing, the classes challenging and both sexes love the program.
